I have over 25 years helping others in organisational leadership.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2013 and have extensive experience in the voluntary sector prior to setting up Access Counselling in 2017. I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)

I follow an integrative approach to counselling believing that there is no 'one size fits all' method. This enables me to tailor my approach to each client.
