I have over 25 years helping others in organisational leadership.
I qualified as a counsellor in 2013 and have extensive experience in the voluntary sector prior to setting up Access Counselling in 2017. I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)
I follow an integrative approach to counselling believing that there is no 'one size fits all' method. This enables me to tailor my approach to each client.

I have experience in counselling the following issues with adults.
  • Depression
  • Work Related Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Panic Attacks
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Domestic abuse

  • Identity
  • Work Life Balance
  • Self Harm
  • Suicidal thoughts
I am also available for EAP (employee assistance programmes) for which I provide short term solution focused therapy
In order to provide the very best service to my clients I maintain and update my
skills via a comprehensive CPD programme in all aspects of mental health and wellbeing.
